3D floor plan & spatial layout
A detailed 3D floor plan is generated showing furniture placement, traffic flow, storage solutions, and Vastu compliance. You can request changes in writing — every revision is tracked and documented.
Photorealistic renders & walkthrough
Your space comes to life through studio-quality 3D renders of every key room. A 360° virtual walkthrough lets you experience your future home before any purchase or construction decision is made.
Shopping list, vendor coordination & handover
You receive a complete, itemised shopping list with Livastu-vetted vendor recommendations for every product in your design. For clients who choose execution support, our team coordinates with contractors and suppliers remotely throughout the build.
